We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain medium-duty Isuzu trucks while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Isuzu medium-duty diesel trucks.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic software and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure vehicles meet all safety requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, parts usage, and labor times.
• Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status updates with service advisors and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay current on Isuzu technical training, service bulletins, and industry best practices.
• Assist fellow technicians as needed to ensure shop productivity and customer satisfaction.
